GROWING ENTERPRISES MODULE 3: CUSTOMER

Customer Service Enhancement is the third track of the programme and is designed to equip participants with the ability to Think, React and Create with Progressiveness in attracting, retaining and growing customers. It is comprehensively developed to shift the participants’ mindset towards service orientation so as to manage daily challenges and rise above the crowd by creating positive experience for customers.
