TRANSFORMING ENTERPRISES MODULE 2: NEGOTIATE

The fact that every individual is unique and that there are limited resources sets the stage for differences in opinions and intense tug-of-war competitions. The NEGOTIATE track will equip the participant with critical skills to secure an agreement on decisions and/or outcome(s) that is acceptable to all the parties involved.
