Designed to complement the Growing Enterprises Track, these modules further enhance the comprehensiveness of the RESULTS programme, equipping learners with skills to present ideas clearly and negotiate effectively with clients, engage constructively with colleagues, and creatively solve problems and identify opportunities in order to design better customer experiences through a deeper understanding of the business, the market, and the consumers.

STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT

This module addresses the challenges enterprises face, and how they can seize market opportunities by making choices that differentiate (competitive advantage) themselves from their competitors.

CUSTOMER 

This module equips participants with the ability to think, react and create progressively in attracting, retaining and growing customers.  Through shifting their mindsets, the participants will learn to manage daily challenges and rise above the crowd by creating positive customer experiences.

PEOPLE 

Consisting of seven key interrelated topics to address challenges raised by both employees & supervisors, this module focuses on nurturing and grooming people to plan and work independently, and also unify and grow as a team so as to advance the enterprise's objectives.

This module tackles both the ability to demonstrate the value proposition to prospects and the pursuit of revenue growth as a sales outcome head-on, equipping participants with the knowledge and skills to confidently offer, close and get more sales in a focused, sustainable and ethical way.
