RESULTS HOLISTIC GROWTH FRAMEWORK

The programme adopts a holistic growth framework where Strategy Development provides the directions to achieve competitive advantage  while People Development, Customer Service Enhancement and Sales Growth act as key engines to drive the growth of the enterprises.

Consultancy-based training to increase rate of learning

Inter-related modules are developed and sequentially arranged within each of the learning tracks to enable step-by step learning via tools and templates with the aim to achieve higher learning rate within a shorter time span.

DELIVERY APPROACH

The programme is specifically designed for busy working professionals. Adopting a five-step delivery approach, this ensures that the content is simple to understand, activities are easy to complete and the overall learning experience is fun and engaging.

APPROACH 01

Explanation of  Key Concepts

Learner guide supported by interesting slides, pictures, videos, and stories will be used to  explain and illustrate key points. The key is to facilitate understanding of the course material

APPROACH 02

Facilitation using Tools & Templates

Participants will be introduced to practical tools and templates. Step-by-step guidance will be provided to them to understand the usage of each tool and template.

APPROACH 03

Participation in Activities

Participants will be assigned to join a team that they will belong to throughout each track. As a team, they will jointly participate in a wide range of gamification activities where points will be allocated. 

APPROACH 04

Completion of Personal Canvas

There will be NO “homework” and time slots will be allocated for participants to complete their personalised work during on-site sessions with guidance and support from the training team.

APPROACH 05

Presentation & Sharing of Work

Participants will present their work after each module. Every participant will get the chance to address the class. The sharing session will be a great platform to test out ideas and promote cross-learning among others.

Progress measurements and monitoring to drive implementation

Clear indicators for success enable the learners to check on their own progress and stay focused on the targets. They help participants to determine whether the participants are on track and intervene when changes are needed.

RECORD OF ACHIEVEMENTS

To raise the effectiveness of the programme, follow-through assistance will be provided to learners to apply the skills and knowledge acquired at their respective workplaces.

 

Learners may use the Record of Achievements booklet as a guide to track and record the outcomes achieved after attending the onsite sessions.

CANVAS

A personal canvas to record the different key learning points brought up during the sessions conducted.
