CERTIFICATION PATHWAYS
Certificates will be issued by SMU Academy to the participants who have successfully complete their training.
Participants can receive up to four types of certificates: The Certificate of Attendance, The Advanced Certificate in Growing Enterprises, The Advanced Certificate in Growing Enterprises, and The Advanced Diploma in Growing and Transforming Enterprises.
Outstanding participants who have shown high levels of engagement in class would be awarded The Progressive Learner Award as a special recognition.

The materials taught in this Strategy module are very practical, realistic and close to the real situations any company would face, especially the SMEs.

The RESULTS Programme is a beneficial course. It has enlightened me as I gained new knowledge even with my many years of work experience. Apart from learning how to gain a competitive edge from other comparable companies, this module also nurtures individuals and helps them to be more productive.

Believing in lifelong learning, I embrace learning through different pathways that had attained my PhD at the age of 43.
I find Andy’s class enlightening and I am fascinated by the sharing of his vast experiences and unique way of conducting the lessons which makes it practical and applicable to our daily life. He made the learning process on the topics that are humdrum more captivating and interesting.
